Fees
Occupants are liable for all fees, upkeep of the property, and payment of all bills and fines throughout the duration of the occupancy agreement.
Joint and several liability #
Each occupant named on the contract is joint and severally liable for all the conditions of the agreement. This means that all occupants are responsible for the full amount of all fees and damages irrespective of fault.
Changing your contract #
Should you wish to:
- change the terms of the contract
- change occupants, or
- terminate the contract early
there will be a minimum administration charge of £50 plus any other costs associated with replacing occupants, deposit registration, credit checks, etc. These costs will not exceed the outstanding rent.
