Repair work #

The owner recognises that, in rare circumstances, occupants may need to engage the services of a contractor outside office hours to handle emergency repairs.

Emergency repairs relate to issues considered that:

  1. are dangerous to occupants
  2. could result in significant damage, or
  3. could compromise the security of the property.

Occupants can act in a reasonable manner to resolve emergency issues outside office hours or when they are unable to contact us.

The owner will accept responsibility for repair costs when there is a clear emergency that cannot wait until the next working day. The owner reserves the right to challenge unsubstantiated call out and associated costs incurred.
